We are looking for partners to create innovations in the real estate industry together! At RevitalTokyo, we are developing an innovative property management service using 3D scanning and digital twins. We are recruiting individuals with a first-class architect license to join us in this transformative challenge.
Hold a first-class architect license
Have practical experience in the real estate industry and possess knowledge of building maintenance and management
Have a strong interest in digital technologies such as 3D scanning and BIM
Value teamwork and possess high communication skills to collaborate with various experts
Empathize with the aspirations of property owners and work diligently to achieve them
Propose innovative ideas and challenge conventional thinking in the real estate industry
Job Description | You will be involved in the maintenance management services for small and medium-sized existing buildings and apartments, large-scale repairs, and renovation-related tasks, including the creation of drawings, models, CGs, and planning documents. You will play an active role across various areas, from planning and design to operations. ・Building diagnostics and design proposals using 3D scan data ・Development of long-term repair plans using digital twin technology ・Design consulting for property owners ・Design work for renovations and conversions |
